Collective Experiences and Therapeutic Approach

Through our combined experiences within both military and civilian communities, we have cultivated a practice centered on providing non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support to our clients.

As therapists, we are deeply passionate about our collaborative work, creating an empathetic and warm environment that caters to the diverse needs of our clients. We take pride in the privilege of working with individuals from various walks of life, drawing on a rich background of education, training, and collective experience.

Our goal is to equip you with the tools for success – not only throughout the therapeutic journey – but also for the challenges and triumphs that await you. Together, we aim to provide a safe and supportive space for your personal growth and well-being.

I firmly believe that none of us were meant to walk through life alone. I work with individuals with a wide variety of disorders, but my focus is on trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD behaviours, relationship issues, and grief. I use a hybrid approach with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy at its core, then pull from a variety of different modalities to tailor a program specifically for each client in a warm, safe, judgement-free space.

Talking things through can really lift some of the weight off your mind. When we sit down together, we’ll create a plan to ease that tension. You don’t have to go through this journey alone!

I work on areas like anxiety, depression, attachment issues, relationships, codependency, and anger management. I believe everyone is adaptable, teachable, and resilient. We all want to become our best selves, but sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. Let’s figure it out together!
